Lars has worked on projects in Asia since the early 90’s with international brands and lately under private branding. Together with his wife, Khun Boom, they bring a proven track record of delivery and handover of prime real estate for discerning buyers. Some of the projects on Phuket include Jiva Resort & Spa, Grove Gardens Residential Estate and the latest Dewa Resort & Residence, where Lars was the owner and developer.

DE GUZMAN
(Wellness Consultant)
Hailing from Canada, Roxanne is responsible for curating the wellness programme at Black Jade. She has worked with award-winning hotels and wellness facilities since 1998. With experience as a Spa, Wellness, and Fitness Consultant, she has collaborated with architects, designers, and developers to create sustainable wellbeing spaces. Her roles as a massage therapist, practitioner, managing director, and pre-opening resort spa consultant have shaped her passion for wellness.

Originally from the UK and New Zealand, Adrian Koch is a longtime resident of Phuket with a career in design and development that spans over four decades. As the main architect for Black Jade, Adrian is always available to consult regarding custom design challenges a buyer might have. His extensive knowledge of construction allows him to create solution-based design for structure and functionality.

The interior design of Black Jade is the brainchild of Noor Grewal-Virk, the passionate force behind Noor G. V. Interiors, from Vancouver, BC, Canada. With an eye for beauty inspired by a childhood surrounded by well-planned spaces and a formal education with a focus on architecture and interior design, Noor infuses historical and cultural elements into modern designs. Her firm specialises in multi-family developments, residential new-builds and renovations.
